Netscape Navigator 2.x or 3.x may
return an error message when you launch saying "The
netscape.cfg file is missing or corrupt.

Download
netscape.cfg update program
and run it. This update only works if Netscape Navigator is installed
in the default location: C:\Program Files\Netscape\Navigator\
